If you are unsatisfied with a product please contact me within 24 hours of delivery and I will do my best to fix the situation. In the case that a refund is issued, please be aware it is for the purchase price of the item only and does not include a shipping refund. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged contact me within 24 hours of delivery. I also ask that you take a picture of the damaged item and the postage it was delivered in and email it to me within 24 hours of receiving your package. I am more then happy to work with you to refund or replace your purchase.

LOST IN THE MAIL

If your item is lost in the mail, please contact me and the postal carrier. Items lost in the mail are out of your control so I will make sure you get your order. If the item's tracking information says it has been delivered but it is not physically in your possession, you must contact me within 48 hours of the tracking's "delivered date." If the tracking information never claims it is delivered US customers must contact me within 2 weeks of shipping date and International customers must contact me within 6 weeks of the date shipped. 

SIZING / FIT RETURNS

Each of my items is made to order and due to this I cannot accept returns for items that don’t fit or don't work with your decor. Each listing has the dimensions of the item to help with sizing and I will happily answer questions about sizing or color before you order. 

DEFECTS

If there is a printing error or some other defect with your item I will gladly accept a return and get you a replacement. 

WORN CLOTHING

Worn clothing (other than just trying on) cannot be returned for any reason.
